Tanooky’s goal is the search, comparison and intermediation of transport tickets. Where possible, we are able to help with the booking and after sale support of a travel ticket, unless the booking is made via a partner whereby they need to be contacted directly for help.

Tanooky also allows you to search stays and experiences, with bookings completed by our partners.

Tanooky is an AI travel assistant. Being a new technology there may be errors. We implore all users of Tanooky to check data carefully to ensure they proceed with the correct booking. Once a booking has been made we can only make amendments at the carrier’s discretion, as confirmation of a booking is a confirmation by the user that all information they have submitted is correct.

To resolve any disputes regarding online purchases made with us please use the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR Platform). Here you can raise complaints and queries to settle any disputes you may have: https://www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

According to § 36 VSBG Tanooky, a Virail brand, is not obliged to solve a Dispute Resolution before an Independent Consumer Arbitration Service.
